Finding Snow White at Disney's Character Outlet Store in Florida
Last June I had one of my best vacations ever on the Disney Dream. While in Florida I took the opportunity to go to the Character Outlet located near the Disney Resort. I was surprised at how many Snow White items I found! While I usually refuse to leave the theme parks while I Florida, this was the perfect chance for me. Getting a Uber ride over to the outlets from our resort was very easy. I picked up a few treasures while we were there. Please note that merchandise turns over very quickly, so you never know what you'll find. For more up to date information check out the monthly outlet report on Touring Plans Blog (one of my favorite blog writers - I love the indignation at original Disney prices and strange merchandise that appears!)

Finding Snow White on the Disney Dream
A few weeks ago I took a magical trip on the Disney Dream! The ship was much larger than the one Disney ship I've been on (the Wonder). While I was exploring the ship I found a few Snow White nods that I was excited to find.
This art is found outside of the Bibbity Bobbity Boo Boutique. I did notice the art changed on Pirate night. |
I had a unique opportunity to play in the Oceaneers lab during our cruise and the hand washing station (which is awesome!) features mirrors inspired by Disney's most famous mirror. |
The club also had art around the room in mirror frames. |
The Royal Place had a lot of art featuring our favorite princess - I was impressed by how well she was represented. |

These two pieces can be found in the hallway on the way to Animator's Palette restaurant. |

Inside the restaurant there were so many different things to look at - I'm sure there were many things around I missed - but I did find this Grumpy on a serving station. |
One of the stage shows- Villains tonight - featured the Queen - I caught it later on the stateroom TV. |
I wish I had more time to wander the ship. There are so many magical touches all over. One thing I was sad to learn was that the nightly chocolates no longer feature Sleepy! Won't stop me from taking another cruise though!

Disney Cruise To Nowhere
This October I was able to take the second to last Disney Cruise to Nowhere. The ship left out of San Diego on a Friday morning and returned Sunday morning without making any ports. Apparently the laws have changed and Disney Cruise will not be able to do this itinerary any more.
Overall we had a fantastic trip. It was very short, but perfect for the first time cruisers who wanted to see what it was like. This was my second time on the Disney Wonder (check out my finding Snow White on the Wonder post here) but wanted to share a few of my favorite things from our trip and a couple of new Snow White pictures.

Finding Snow White in Walt Disney World recap
There are lots of Snow White references throughout Walt Disney world. There is one theme park, however, where I could not find one: Disney's Animal Kingdom. Snow and the boys do not fit into the theme of this park at all and I am glad to see that they are not there.
There a few other Snow White references that I didn't get a chance to visit and photograph on this trip. At the All Star Movies Resort there is a reference in one of the windows of the gift shop - Donald's Double Features - and a reference in the World Premiere Food Court.

Finding Snow White in Downtown Disney, Walt Disney World
Downtown Disney is undergoing a lot of change right now, but there are a lot of Snow White references throughout the area.
First stop is Disney's Days of Christmas where you will find on the seventh day of Christmas (of course) the dwarfs!
In Once Upon a Toy, you will find the Wishing Well on a monopoly board behind a cash wrap
In the Market Place Co-Op, the Beautifully Disney logo featuring the queen and Snow White is on the wall
If you go into Guest Realtions, Snow White is on the wall with other sample photos
Next stop is the World of Disney:
Outside the Lego store are a few of my favorite Lego displays...ever!
In D- Street you can find the magic mirror on a vinylmation cutout.
Disney's Candy Cauldron is just awesome!
Speaking of candy, a walk back to where we started will get you to Goofy's Candy Company where you can find the periodic table of elements - Disney Style! This is one of my favorites!

Some of the windows outside feature dresses made out of dolls (no Snow White) but look closely at the frame - yup- the mirror |

Even with the signage, there is still a line to buy apples... |
