Toms has released a Cinderella and Sleepy Beauty line and to complete the collaboration Snow White is being released this month! Get ready for August 23rd to get your adorable Snow White shoes! The best part of this collaboration is that they used production art to make these prints. They are just too cute!

Production Art from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Some time ago I bumped into a French fan website dedicated to the art of Walt Disney films. In an article posted in 2008 are some of the most fantastic production artwork pieces. Many of these images are the ones that were displayed at the Walt Disney Family Museum for the Snow White: The Creation of a Classic (see previous posts here and here).
Check out some of these beautiful images, and be sure to visit the website for even more!
I used many of these images in a crafty project I made recently, post to come soon!

One of My Favorite Stories
During the production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs some ink and paint girls thought that Snow White was too pale against her hair. They determined that she would look better with gray highlights and rouge. When Walt Disney questioned if the girls were qualified to make these changes someone replied that they had already had lots of practice applying make up every day. Bravo ladies, Bravo.
